Fantastic Hotel Experience!

I found the location very convenient, situated quite near the train station. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee maker and kettle. I also liked that the hotel provides convenient car parking .
The carpets could use updating. They showed some signs of wear.

Fantastic Stay!
clean hotel helpful staff good size
I found a very clean hotel! Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping. I saw the rooms were a good size. I also noticed the staff made a real effort to please. That's so important.
I saw the carpets on the staircases could use some TLC. They looked a bit threadbare in places. I hope management addresses this soon! I hope the hotel does it fast!

The hotel includes a large, secure car park, a big plus. It is very useful for those driving. I saw it gives great peace of mind, especially when traveling with family and lots of luggage.

I was very happy with the breakfast. I thought it was excellent. There was a great selection. I also noticed that the bar area is lovely and open 24 hours. It offers a great social space at any time.

I was happy to see the room included a fridge and safe. The comfy bed helped me have a good night's sleep. I found the inclusion of Ritual toiletries in the bathroom added a touch of luxury.

excellent stay near train station
convenient location useful fridge comfortable bed
the location near the railway station was quite convenient. the bedroom had a fridge, which i found useful. the bed was very comfortable and i slept soundly on it each of the three nights.
the staff did not explain extra costs well when i spoke on the phone. i think clearer communication about these charges would improve the overall experience.

The staff was friendly and competent. They provided good assistance. nicole the housekeeper and sharon on the front desk were especially helpful. their excellent service.

The hotel is in a central location near the railway station. This made it easy to get around. i could easily walk to kk's steel mill music venue. the train into birmingham was also very convenient.

The breakfast was excellent. It started early at 06:20 am. i was impressed by the variety and quality of the choices. it was great to have a tea pot available as i drink a lot in the morning.

The room had both a bath and a shower. This was a nice feature. there was also good lighting in the room. the car parking was easy and felt secure. This was a relief.
